Extra flexibility to change up to 1 day before arrival
Up to 28 days before arrival it is possible to make one free rebooking.
Within 3 days after making the reservation you can cancel it free of charge
Book your stay and pay within 14 days
You pay 30% directly or within 14 days. For the remaining 70% you have until 4 weeks before arrival.
Extra flexibility to change up to 1 day before arrival
We offer you the flexibility to change your holiday up to 1 day before arrival in case of a:
- closed border
- negative travel advice to the region of destination (code orange or code red)
- quarantine obligation upon arrival and/or return in combination with a negative travel advice
The above must be communicated on the official website of the Dutch government.
The rental price of the booking remains the same or increases. If the modified booking becomes more expensive, you will be charged the difference.
Flexible rebooking
Up to 28 days before arrival it is possible to make one free rebooking. For example, to change the accommodation or the period of stay. The rental price of the booking remains the same or increases. If the changed booking is more expensive, you will have to pay the difference. Our cancellation policy is based on the original reservation and applied before any changes.
Free cancellation within 3 days
Within 3 days after making the reservation you can cancel it free of charge, but only if your arrival date is not (yet) within 28 days. Reservations made 28 days or less before the start of your stay cannot be canceled free of charge.
After 3 days from making the reservation, the costs of cancellation are in accordance with the RECRON Conditions. We advise you to contract cancellation insurance.
If the payment was made with a Voucher, the travel sum will also be refunded in the form of a voucher.
Pay later
Would you like to book your vacation, but you are not able to pay right away? No problem at all. Book your stay and pay within 14 days. This is possible for all bookings, except for last minute with an arrival within 30 days. In that case, we’ll ask you to pay immediately.
Paying in installments
If you book a stay in 8 weeks or later, you do not have to pay the full amount immediately. In that case, it is possible to pay in two installments. You pay 30% directly or within 14 days. For the remaining 70% you have until 4 weeks before arrival.
Recreational Stay
Our holiday homes are specifically intended for recreational purposes. Bookings on behalf of companies, for business purposes, and non-recreational bookings primarily for leisure cannot be accepted and will be canceled. In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged.
